Thermal fused laminate (TFL) used for exterior exposed wall cabinet tops and bottoms.  Includes 3mm PVC edges.
All fixed components permanently assembled with dowel connectors.

Designed for group work, the Einstein Station is meant for a meeting of the minds in any setting from media centers to cafeterias to STEAM rooms.

Construction: Left/right support panels(middle support panel on 96” & 120” lengths) and double modesty panels are constructed using 1” particle board with high pressure laminate (HPL) and matching 3mm PVC edge banding. Left/right/middle support panels are finished off with leveling glides.

3mm Tops: The core material is 1.125” thick particle board with a phenolic backer sheet and high pressure laminate on top making the total top thickness at 1.25”. Matching WB Standard 3mm PVC edge banding is applied to all sides. Optional top surface choices include most Wilsonart matte (-60) finish laminates with possible up charges. Other vendors available upon request.

Bring some style as you add organization to your library, these versatile shelves are perfect for any media center.
Classic Construction: Classic cabinets (sides, back and bottom) are constructed using fully doweled 0.75” particle board with double sided thermal fused laminate (TFL) with matching 3mm PVC edge banding. (Mobile models will have a 0.75” sub-bottom.) 1” matching, double sided TFL top with matching 3mm PVC edge banding over a 0.75” sub-top. Custom HPL top is optional on Classic models with heights under 60” but standard on Premium models. Shelves are double sided 1” HPL, matching 3mm PVC edge banding on front edge, adjustable shelves have four double pin shelf clips per shelf to prevent the shelves from sliding out or tipping. Fixed shelves are fully doweled. Modular models have an integrated, matching fully finished 4” base and 3mm PVC edge banding. Each unit have built-in corner levelers which are accessible from the inside for easy leveling of the unit.
